101 in 1001 Days, is inspired by the Day Zero Project, My ambition is to complete this list over the given 1001 days...

Start: 1st October

Make a plan, set a goal, work toward it. But every now and then look around, drink it in. Cause this is it. It might be all gone tomorrow

This is my plan, this is my goal, and I set out to make this all Happen!

For my body

1. Go dancing at least once a week for 5 weeks (5/5) -Done

2. Limit down eating crap food - Done

3. Drink nothing but water or milk for 2 weeks (14/14) -Done

4. Fast for 24 hours

5. Lose weight 10-20 Kg (10/20)

6. Drink more water - Done

7. Start swim training again/swim at least once a week

8. Eat healthier for a whole month (2/4 weeks)

9. Start bike riding

10. Be more loving - Completed

11. Do yoga at least once a month

12. Get a Wii Fit - Decided againt :)

13. For two weeks, eat no fast food or take-out - Completed

14. Go on a diet for 1 month (1/1) - DOne

15. Take a multivitamin every day for a week (9/7)

16. Get emotional/bored eating under better control - doing it

17. Keep my room clean for a whole two weeks (1/2)

18. Do more walking

19. Learn how to horse ride

20. Eat at least one piece of fruit per day - Doing it

21. Be asleep by 10pm for a week (0/7)

Home organising

22. Make my bed every day for a week. (7/7)

23. Throw a party

24. Write notes on postic stickies and stick them around the house at least once a week

25. Vacuum under my bed - haha Completed

26. Set a cleaning schedule and stick to it.

27. Get rid of old books I have/don’t need

28. Clean out wardrobe & bathroom cupboard - Completed

29. Organise my room more sufficiently - Completed

30. Re-decorate my room - Completed

31. Get rid of at least 15 things I don’t use (0/15)

Things for my soul

32. Dance & sing like a lunatic to music 3 times a week to make myself happy!

33. Be more of my self and not how others want me - Doing

34. Do 3 things which I am terrified of doing to try and conquer my fear (0/3)

35. Learn/do more meditation at least 3 times a week for 10 months [Months completed] (0/10)

36. Write in journal at least 3 times a week

37. Start to enjoy life more
